When a foreign company makes purchases through our website, no VAT is charged. These companies see the prices excluding VAT, so they don't need to take extra steps to reclaim VAT from their national tax authorities. This ensures a simple and transparent checkout process.

Companies within the Netherlands see prices excluding VAT. At checkout, VAT is clearly listed and added to the total amount. This paid VAT can then be reclaimed by the company from the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration during the regular VAT return process. It's important to keep the invoice with the listed VAT, as it serves as proof for the reclaim.

Do We Charge VAT and When?

Yes, we charge VAT. This occurs in the following cases:

  • For companies based in the Netherlands, VAT is listed separately and charged during the checkout process.

  • For companies based outside the Netherlands, no VAT is charged, and they see prices excluding VAT.
