At BONO, we offer various payment methods to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible.
When placing an order on bono.shop, you will be asked to choose a payment method during checkout. The following options are available:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Maestro
- American Express
- SEPA Bank Transfer
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Choose payment method later (allows you to arrange payment at a later time)
If you selected 'Choose payment method later', you can pay via the invoice you will receive by email or in your account on bono.shop. Here is how it works:
1. Find your invoice in your account on bono.shop or in your email
2. Scroll to the bottom and click Pay Now
3. Click Pay Now once more to go to the payment page
4. Choose your preferred payment method
Please note that our payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. You may see a different company name than BONO on the payment page — this is expected.
If you pay via bank transfer, please make sure to fill in the payment reference correctly. Without it, your payment cannot be matched to your order.
Payment terms
For the first three orders, we require prepayment. After that, you can apply for payment terms of 14 days from the invoice date.
